Smart Zones® UAE ("Smart Zones", "the Company", "we", "us") maintains and operates www.smartzonesuae.com (the "Site"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Smart Zones® UAE. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access and, where applicable, legal action.
Smart Zones® UAE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or business informational purposes. All prices displayed on the Site are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and represent the actual amount charged to your payment card and reflected on your transaction receipt, unless otherwise stated.
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments in AED for applicable services. All refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refund eligibility for specific services is governed by the service-specific terms provided to you at the time of engagement.
You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of a successfully processed payment. If you do not receive confirmation within this window, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Smart Zones® UAE will not provide services to, or trade with, any individual or entity that is owned or controlled by, or acting on behalf of, a party subject to applicable UAE or international sanctions, or that is otherwise designated as a sanctioned, terrorist-linked or narcotics-trafficking party under applicable law.
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that any materials you submit to us do not infringe the rights of any third party. Individuals under 18 may not register for services or submit transactions through the Site.
You may view Site content and retain personal copies for your own reference. Reproduction, publication or distribution of Site content requires our prior written authorization. Deep-linking to internal pages of the Site without our consent is not permitted.

You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute Online Materials except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
Smart Zones® UAE provides business setup, licensing and advisory services and acts as your representative in dealings with UAE government authorities, free zones and other third parties. While we apply professional diligence to every application, the approval, issuance, rejection, timing or conditions attached to any licence, visa, permit or other government approval rest solely with the relevant authority. We do not guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or a specific outcome for any application submitted on your behalf.
We treat documents and information you share with us in connection with our services as confidential, and we use them only for the purpose of delivering the services you have engaged us for, except where disclosure is required by law or by a competent UAE authority, or where you have given us prior consent to share it.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Smart Zones® UAE makes no warranty or representation of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site's availability, accuracy, completeness or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Site or our services.
If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access, remove related content, and exercise any other remedy available to us under UAE law. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief where monetary damages would be an insufficient remedy.
You agree to indemnify and hold Smart Zones® UAE, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of the Site or the content you submit to us.
